Terms of Service

Welcome to Kaltra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and Kaltra LLC (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Company's products and services, including our website(s), our platform and services, and the front end interface known as the "Kaltra Platform" (collectively, the "Kaltra Products").

Restricted Users

Kaltra Products or Services are not offered or available to persons or entities (i) who reside in, are located in, are citizens of, or incorporated in or have a registered office in countries where the use of Kaltra Products or Services may be deemed illegal or subject to regulatory licensure, the United States of America ("US Persons"), the UK, Panama, Canada, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Myanmar (Burma), Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, or any country or territory subject to country-wide or region-wide economic sanctions by the US ("Restricted Territories"), and/or (ii) on lists maintained by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or the US Dept. of Treasury (collectively, "Restricted Users"). If you are a Restricted User, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Kaltra Products or Services.

Key provisions

• Binding arbitration and class action waiver. This Agreement contains an arbitration provision that requires you and the Company to resolve all disputes by binding arbitration instead of in court, and a class action waiver. By accessing the Kaltra Products or Services you waive your right to trial by jury.
• Eligibility. The Kaltra Products and Services are available only for individuals aged 18 years or older. You may be required to provide identity-verification information, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, taxpayer identification number and government identification.
• Connecting your wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and your control over wallet-related authentication credentials and private or public keys. Notify us immediately at security@kaltra.fi of any unauthorised or suspicious activity.
• Fees and yield estimates. Fees listed on the Kaltra Platform are estimates only; actual fees may vary. The Kaltra Products rely on third-party sources — oracle feeds and keeper contracts — to determine prices, net asset values and yield. The Company is not responsible for inaccurate information displayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Staking, deposits, withdrawals and redemptions. Your use of the underlying smart contracts is entirely at your own risk. The Company does not guarantee that you will receive any staking rewards, yield or return whatsoever.
• Community guidelines. You will comply with all applicable laws and will not scrape, crawl, data mine or otherwise extract data via automated means.
