Why Kaltra acquired Bracket

Company · 3 lines

What the vault stack changes for allocators and managers on the platform.

The short version

Kaltra acquired Bracket to own the vault infrastructure our products run on. The vault stack has been live onchain since 2021 and has processed tens of millions of dollars in deposits, NAV strikes and redemptions — through multiple market cycles, not a sandbox.

What it changes for allocators

What it changes for managers

Managers get a regulated venue without giving up their strategy. They bring a fund, loan or structured deal; Kaltra wraps it in regulated issuance, custody integration and NAV reporting, and distributes it to eligible professional investors.
